Project Superintendent

  • Requires current experience in retail construction as lead superintendent (3 years minimum)
  • Requires extensive travel Must have reliable and insured truck
  • Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors and building officials
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and budgets
  • Knowledge and tools to self perform carpentry and other misc. duties on each project
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow orders and direction from project manager and clients

Project Manager

  • Requires 5 years as project manager in retail / restaurant construction
  • Capable of overseeing multiple superintendents and projects
  • Travel required
  • Strong computer skills in estimating, spreadsheets, and word processing

Assistant Superintendent

  • Requires a background in commercial construction with strong carpentry skills
  • Extensive travel is required
