- Every superintendent at Tricon Construction, Inc. is equipped with a laptop computer and wireless internet connection, email and fax capabilities for better communication and project documentation between the owner and their project

Schedules and Progress Reports
- Detailed schedules are prepared based on clients needs and followed throughout construction
- Daily and weekly progress reports are completed onsite detailing a complete description of all aspects of progress and activities
- Weekly job photographs are also utilized to keep project managers and clients up to date on actual schedule and conditions

Safety
- Tricon Construction, Inc. maintains a strict safety program and has never incurred a serious job related accident in over16 years
- We provide a clean and safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors

Subcontractors
- We have a large database of reliable and experienced subcontractors throughout the country ensuring that we can offer competitive prices as well as unmatched quality and professional workmanship
